Had to have warranty work done on my mower. Called and the gentlemen I spoke with were very helpfull. They got my ticket set up and help me get pick up and delivery of my mower scheduled. The work was done in a very timely manner. I will definitely use them for all my lawn equipment needs .
I was so impressed by the service and parts side, after I had my Toro ZMaster repaired. They diagnosed and repaired it very quickly! So I traded in my Gravely mower and bought Exmark from Mac Equipment in Lewisburg. I am going to recommend Mac Equipment to all my friends and family.
Stopped to have a set of push mower blades sharpened and to get my weed eater fixed. The service manager, Colin, asked about the weed eater and I described the problem. He adjusted the weed eater and sharpened the blades, I was in and out in 20 minutes and I thought the bill was more than reasonable.
Good experience, shopping for a backpack blower. Kiel was very helpful, looked up specs and provided expert advice on a unit I was interested in. Bought one!
I would not recommend this business.
