Chris has done 2 large Tenant Improvements and few small projects for me. During first TI with few change orders and unforeseen delays, Chris finished on time and within budget. The workmanship of his crew and subcontractors was at the highest level. The second time, the same performance. I will leave you guessing with results of smaller projects. He is ethical, knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated! I strongly recommend him.
