Not even a one-star!! Dropped stereo off in 2016! Execuses one after another and hes never called to say it's fixed!! Actually, evertime we drive by there, we wonder if he's passed on or quit the business!! Almost 6 years now. I told my husband we might as well go see if he still has it and pick it up.

The worst place to get your tv fixed.. he doesn't communicate well at all and makes up so much excuses to why he can't fix or resolve the issue. We called him for almost a month straight to get an update on my 2month old tv that need fixing. An all he gave us was excuse after excuse after excuse. Now its been over 2months and haven't heard noting from him. I feel like he stole my television that I would hard to purchase.. this is not acceptable at all.
Don't answer the phone. Can't get ahold of anybody must have enough business they don't need mine. Not to mention it's the wrong address on their Google account.
I had brought my Walkman in to get repaired a couple of weeks ago, and he said he would update me on the progress and when he officially diagnoses the problem. Never called me once, I had to call him. Each time I called him he gave a lame excuse. Not to mention the fact that when I walk in I was approached by a hobo looking old guy (the owner/ fixer of electronics). He said it would be done today, but when I called him he told me there was another big problem and that it would cost almost twice as much to fix it. Oh and it w... read more
