Wow, what excellent service! I called MAC Electric this morning with an electrical short problem that knocked out power to our garage. Having checked the circuit breakers in our panel and turning them off and on and still no power to the garage. I described the problem and provided my details. I spoke with owner he's going to be out for a short time for medical,but he still was able to help us over the phone. I think he heard the desperation in my voice. Thank you so much. He helped us understand the problem over the phone. His suggestion solved the problem. He never charged us anything. I am looking forward to when he recovers so I can request his services. Some businesses are priceless, and Mac's Electric is one of very few business "priceless.
What can I say about MAC Electric? In a world of flakes and scammers, these guys will show up when they say and get it done. They will put up with your, frankly, dumb questions with grace. As a Swanvillian these guys are worth a billion. I called them YESTERDAY and they showed up TODAY and fixed my problems. They even explained what was going on, slowly enough for my IQ.
