Edward Allen Macduffie has been disbarred. He has been under investigation since 2005 and was finally disbarred although if you call his business phone, his voice is still on the answering machine and I suspect he is still operating. My son and family retained Edward Allen MacDuffie and company back in 2011. Unbeknownst to us, he had sanctions on him for multiple, unethical business practices. He took full advantage of us, lied to us, we have video and phone recorded evidence proof.
