We have had one issue with our lawnmower and I have had to take it to mac daddy‘s multiple times to get it fixed. Each time the woman co-owner kept telling us it was our fault and upselling us their gas additive to make more money off of us. Being told that our REGULAR LAWN MOWER COULD NOT RUN ON REGULAR 87 GAS, even though it was stated in the manual. Was having a problem with my EGO mower starting and then stopping and EGO support told me that it was 6 months out of warranty (of course!). So EGO referred me to Mac Daddy. Eddie at Mac Daddy got back to me immediately and recommended some self-troubleshooting steps to avoid a potentially costly repair that may be as much as a new mower if I brought it into the shop. I got the mower working again for $7. Hard to find honest mechanics but Eddie and Mac Daddy are one of the few!

Took delivery of my Bad boy elite 2 weeks ago. Couldnt be happier with the care and time spent that eddie gives over the phone and in person. Also you cant beat the free 10 hour service! Great family owned business and great pricing. I will continue to leave updated reveiws as the years go by and will stick with these guys only for service and parts for my machine. Thank Eddie.
