I have 2 recent experiences with Macdaddy, In the 1st one i took my greenworks electric mower in for cut off when self propel engaged. I was told that I should hear something within one day. When I called at 2 days for update I received a snarky email stating how they were too busy to answer daily calls for updates. After 2 weeks they did facilitate a new mower under warranty from greenworks. It was shipped to Macdaddy. So 3 weeks later I was able to mow my yard again. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the professionalism experience and actually I believe he was the owner was training a very polite gentleman as I was there as a first time customer which slept a very positive impression on me very nice professional took care of my needs answer any questions let me know exactly what was going on and what was going on to happen I couldn't have had much better experience Thank you Mac Daddy's.

I had warranty work done that took more than a month. I was told the mower was ready to be picked up when I got there. It was filthy.. I was threatened with a three hour labor charge to the tune of $450. Then to top it all off for a number of bolts that had never been attached laying loose on the mower.
