Absolutely ridiculous they refuse to call you back!now I’ve learned after over 2 years the permit is still open but yet they were paid in full and to top it off they are blowing me off so I can’t get it closed. I’ve been told multiple times they will be out and never show up. Can’t even get a call or text saying not coming from them. Never felt with so much disrespect from a company that charges this much in my life. Hopefully reviewing will at least get me a phone call back and the job done so the permit will be closed.
Wish I could go lower than 1 star. Still having same issues with pool cage as I did from the day it was installed and now I’m trying to hire someone else to fix it and will have to pay them as well. The owners do not care about the mistakes they make after they get paid. Wish I would have used someone else for the pool. After all the issues I had you would think someone would at least call me back to let me know to screw off or that they will come out to fix it for the 4th time. These folks came highly recommended from a friend of mine in the construction field and she was right. Rob came out and gave an estimate that was very fair. Shortly thereafter, his team completed my soffit, fascia and gutter work ahead of schedule and on budget. No surprises, and the work was excellent. Thank you very much!
