Used to be my favorite Mac to shop at- customer service has been lacking lately. I am a mall employee and went to grab some mascara on my lunch break. I was denied service due to the only team memeber on staff on “break”.
I came in to buy new foundation and get color matched, Maddie was very patient and helpful and found the perfect fit for me. Definitely recommend Maddie and Mac in Burnsville Macy’s.
