Been a MAC Customer before it was sold to the public. However the MAC Station at Stonecrest Mall has horrible customer service. Went to a MUA in the mall and got better service and more attentive. Will bypass MAC from now on.

I had my first experience at MAC and Kiona truly exceeded all my expectations! I came in for a skin match about an hour before closing and was a little worried about the timing, but she never made me feel rushed for a second. Staff needs to be trained. The rep asked me to wait while she helped someone. I did, as I should've been the next to be assisted she proceeds to take someone ahead of me who came after me. I have been coming here over 10 years. I will take my business elsewhere. She doesn't care as this isn't her store but when this Macy's shuts down and she's looking for new employment. At that point she may think of her poor customer service skills.

It seems impossible just to get someone to answer the phone. Ive tried for 2 days to just to make an appointment I live in TN and will be in town tomorrow for a photoshoot Ive been calling for hours and no one answers. I selected another beauty counter and they said the MAC lady is on the phone (but for 2HOURS!????) Why is there no direct # or extension available online? Why is there no online option to book?
