I’ve been a loyal MAC customer for several years, but my recent experience at the Bayview Village location was incredibly disappointing. We had a makeup appointment booked for 5:30 PM. Due to an unexpected road closure near Bayview Mall due to an accident , we arrived at 5:40. We explained that we were heading to a party right after and didn’t have any makeup tools with us—we were relying entirely on this appointment. Still, the staff made no effort to accommodate us. This is the friendliest MAC store I have ever been to. I went to return an online purchase yesterday (Feb20) and they were just fabulous, also the store was very well planned out not just the basic black store like the rest of them !
I got my party makeup done by FA. She was very professional and efficient. She looked at the outfit I was going to wear and matched my makeup to complement my outfit. I would definitely recommend the makeup application services offered by this store.
No complaints on the staff helping while purchasing products. But… makeup big NONOOOO. makeup was done worst firstly. It is not blended properly left with cakey looking skin. In between steps were missed. Overall its worst look i ever. Apart from that, my skin got rashes next day. Super itchy. And i am suffering past few i am unable to apply anything other than coconut oil. NEVER EVER RECOMMENDING this place for makeup
