Went to the MAC store at Bayview Village just before Christmas for the first time to get a new lip look. The very confident, polite and helpful Alexis helped me. She was amazing. She really knew her stuff. She gave me two colour pallets to choose from. She took her time asked me exactly what I wanted to achieve with the my new look. I had an amazing experience at Mac Bay View Village! The atmosphere is welcoming, the space is clean and well maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything feels thoughtfully run, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. Had the worst experience. Went in line to purchase products was told by Alexis s that I have to wait in line with the rest of customers waiting also. Because they have no cashiers because all workers including herself is busy on the floor helping someone. I told her listen us in line are sure buyers whose on the floor are potential buyers. We need a cashier then she said well ok she will just go ahead and cash us out and help us out with a great big attitude. The lady helping me named Alexis was so sweet and so helpful ! She talked me through buying a perfect lip combo and I love love it !! Definitely one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had.
