Employees are not helpful at all; don’t greet POC and just stare them down. Weird considering the store is always empty.

I never give bad reviews, I understand employees are human when I get bad service, but this is on another level. Go somewhere else - employees clearly hate their job and have 0 problem-solving capacity. Went to pick up a gift. Associate gave me the wrong product, which caused me to run back to store. While getting the right product I asked for a gift receipt over 5 times, and the employee didn’t give me one, even trying to gaslight me by saying I didn’t mention it, with a very condescending attitude. I booked an appointment for my birthday look and can I just say… wow. I was lucky to get Nathaly as my makeup artist. Not only did she have the vibes but her makeup skills were on point. I had so much fun getting my makeup done by her, and she understood perfectly the look was going for. Thank you again!! Definitely would recommend
