I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Mac Cosmetics store. The staff seemed completely unprofessional, with employees visibly stuffing their mouths with food and then using the same hands to assist customers. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable, especially in a store where customers expect a high level of cleanliness and customer service. Keshia was amazing, helped me try on great colours (viva empowerment and velvet punch) and knew what suited me, made feel comfortable and had amazing product knowledge and very personable. She knew I was on lunch break and was quick and so friendly! Thank you for your help!
