Great service during my visit
Been a Mac customer for YEARS. Had my makeup done which took about 3 hours, bought about $300 worth of products....got home and it was too dark in regular light, and not what I wanted. Got that feedback from everyone—including 2 other Mac artists when I went back another day to exchange colors. Returned about $200 worth of UNUSED, UNOPENED product and was treated like I was trying to scam the system—guess my name is on a “list” despite keeping $100 of product.
