I shopped on Wednesday in person at the Vaughan Mills store. Received ok service. Needed specific colours for a dance competition. Two items were unavailable and I couldn’t wait for shipping. Vaughan mills told me I could call around. I called MAC Sherway and had the most WONDERFUL experience with Shay(e?). She looked at the inventory online, found square one had what I needed, called them to confirm and set them aside, then called me back. All just to help! I wish I could have given her my business. Thank you Shay!

I’ve been a loyal MAC customer for years, but my experience at this location was disappointing. I originally had my foundation shade matched here, only to later realize it was incorrect. When I returned to see if I could exchange it, the staff was completely unhelpful—showing no willingness to assist or offer any solutions, despite the fact that I’ve never exchanged/returned a product before. Such a lovely experience. Alexis was so helpful & in fact everyone was very helpful & kind & loving. Absolutely loved my first experience with MAC !
