I went in to try to return an online purchase but was informed I could not. Stephanie was so helpful and kind. I left with everything I needed, and she explained that it was much easier to just ship it back because it is free, and UPS prints the Shipping label for us. You just need to find the closest location to you. My visit was so welcoming, and I absolutely recommend her! She was patient and so kind. Thank you, Stephanie, for being so sweet!!
Been here a few times and it’s fine but just discovered that this location doesn’t accept Mac returns purchase online at Mac.com bc this MAC store is actually part of Macy’s only although there is no indication on signage. Ridiculous. They already have a counter inside of Macy's you should be able to return to if you purchased from Macy’s direct but yet they want to also have a secondary option outside of the Macys in a standalone MAC store but still part of Macy’s.
