The worst customer service. I went in for a simple exchange and I received a spiel about Macy’s Mac and Mac stores. It’s the same product and I have an account. Did she ask? No. Did she make the exchange? No. Who cares if it’s the same product. The store matters. Ridiculous. Getting my money back and never shopping there again.

This review is for MAC outside Macy’s in Victoria Gardens. From the moment I walked into the store, Regina greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel seen and welcomed. Her energy was so positive and genuine that I instantly felt comfortable. I came in hoping to achieve a specific look for my 11-year-old daughter’s cheer competition, and Regina went above and beyond to help me bring that vision to life. Came into the store with my daughter and lots of questions. Gabby and Jennifer were SO helpful and kind! They spent so much time making sure my daughter felt like the makeup felt good and looked natural. They showed her hot to put everything on. It was a really fantastic experience. Thank you ladies!

I went in to try to return an online purchase but was informed I could not. Stephanie was so helpful and kind. I left with everything I needed, and she explained that it was much easier to just ship it back because it is free, and UPS prints the Shipping label for us. You just need to find the closest location to you. My visit was so welcoming, and I absolutely recommend her! She was patient and so kind. Thank you, Stephanie, for being so sweet!!
