I scheduled a full glam makeup appointment a week in advance for a special event today and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes early out of respect for the appointment time. When I got there, the artist seemed confused about my booking and repeatedly stated she believed my appointment was at 1PM when I clearly booked for 12PM. Extraordinary customer service on behalf of Arianna and Christina. They made me feel confident and proud in the product I’m currently wearing.
