Arianna at the MAC store was fantastic. Arianna was was doing her best and handling multiple customers while alone. While helping and looking for items she was also engaging acknowledging others in the store. If it was a simple go to she was able to disengage and quickly checkout the customers who already knew exactly what they came in for so that she can spend time and re-engage the ones that needed more guidance.
