I can’t believe I bought an online order from this brand last month and I had to return 2 items for $61 I sent them by ups and of course they got them 2 weeks ago!!!!!BUT THEY DID NOT REFUND ME!!!! I chat 3 times with there employees but everyone of them been telling me there working on it but no money yet!!! This is the last time I buy from them me and my family and friends That’s a promise!!!!!!!!!

This review is for Erin. She was absolutely amazing and squeezed me in for a last minute appointment in my time of need. However, during the time I was there, the other coworker, a gentleman, disappeared and she was juggling about 10 customers and doing my makeup at the same time for about a half an hour. I just wanted to let her know I greatly appreciated her and saw how hard she was working!
