I would like to shout out store associate Deante’ at the Willow Bend Mall location for excellent customer service! He greeted me with a smile upon entering the store and was able to assist with an issue I had with a product.
Willowbend mall has never looked so lonely! Nonetheless, the Mac store is easy to locate and even if you can’t find it, the salespeople are so awesome, they’ll be happy to guide you. I like that it’s not so crowded. What I don’t like is that the sales prices online are not reflected in the stores. So maybe save yourself the hassle and a trip and buy it online. But, if you want to venture out to the store and try out the products, then this is the place for you!
