The ladies are great! And their customer service skills are exemplary. I just hate the fact that the new collections are usually NOT at this store & counter. The store did not have the WAKANDA FOREVER COLLECTION or THE WHITNEY HOUSTON COLLECTION.😩☹️

Once I went to have a lady test shades on my face. I looked like I was going to my funeral. She seemed tired & not into working that day...Well quit. Second time I went I asked a different woman does she think these two shades were good for me & does she think I can go a bit lighter or darker. She said yes and no. No feedback or "Well I think..." I mean that's why I asked you. Oh well. I just bought what I was used to & went on my day. I guess her conversation with the Lancôme lady was really good so she was trying to hurry ... read more
Went to make for the first time! Staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely return again! Manager was extremely courteous as well!
