I wanted to gift foundation to my mom on her birthday and I visited mac yesterday and there I was addressed by Vanessa she is such a sweetheart
I'm usually afraid of pressure sales when I go to cosmetic stores but I had a very pleasant shopping expericence with Natalia. She kindly helped me try different foundation colours and finding items I like. She also gave me a different type of liquid foundation sample to try at home. I'm so glad I tried at home and see the difference. Thank you.
Downright disrespectful. They will all go serve the same client because she looked like she was going to but a lot. And totally ignored until you ask for advice and said they are short of staff without even listening to what you are actually asking about.
