Always a lovely experience shopping at MAC, especially the Metrotown location! Staff here are dedicated to providing the best customer experience, and I truly feel valued every time I visit. I recently purchased the newly formulated Studio Fix powder, and the lady helping me made sure I was happy with the new shade I had to pick out due to the old range of shades being discontinued. I am also a huge fan of their lipsticks and Strobe Cream and will definitely be back to pick up more of these!
Huge shoutout to Shree for helping me choose products for my upcoming wedding :) I initially walked into Sephora like a headless chicken and spent over $1k on items I didn’t know how to use - and didn’t even get a proper colour match. When I later walked into MAC, only planning to pick up a lip combo and eyeliner, Shree introduced me to a whole array of products. Sharee, the make up artist at MAC Metropolis, went above and beyond with me on Friday. I had an exchange I wanted to make and we had a lot of fun looking at different lip combos. She also showed me some foundation because I went in with none on and it was throwing me off of choosing a lip liner. She should be recognized for her awesome customer service. She never made me feel rushed eventhough I learned at the end that her shift has finished 30 minutes before we wrapped up. Thank you:!
I had an appointment at MAC Metropolis, last Ssturday with Shicara she was lovely she did my make up for a wedding. I highly recommend her very professional & really cared about how you wanted to look for your event. Thank you so much Shicara I will be back again.
