I had a wonderful experience at the Mac counter in Macy’s thanks to a very kind and knowledgeable lady in the makeup department named Sylvia. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, and really took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back and will make sure to ask for her personally! Excellent service!

I always founded what I want. Sometimes I go to others stores and I have to came back to Macy's At plantation. 👍
It's regrettable that I have to even write this review, but I feel it's important to highlight the unacceptable conditions at Broward Mall (MAC) Macy's. Not only are the escalators often non-functional and hazardous, but the attitude of the employees, particularly Shelby, was disappointing. Despite booking our appointments two weeks in advance for my daughter's prom makeup and my own, we encountered a negative vibe from the moment we arrived.
