So there’s no 0-star option, but I’ll keep this short. I purchased a Dazzleshadow Extreme in Incinerated but was mistakenly given Illuminaughty. I used my rewards points to get $10 off ($35 down to $25). When I went to return it a few days later, I was immediately dismissed by a white, blonde associate who claimed she “couldn’t process my return” because I’d used points. Came today and bought a small 6 eyeshadow palate that was %30 off and had such a welcoming, genuine, and very kind experience with one of the staff members!! I rarely shop here and I had an overall amazing experience ! :D

Two weeks ago I was here for extra dimensions eyeshadows. Steve helped me amazingly they went above and beyond. I was so amazed by their services . Thank you so much Steve ….. I hope I have used your pronouns correctly . There was another employee who helped me as well choosing blush they were also great .
