As with all of the stores, the set up and ambiance are great. However, customer service could be improved. I visited today to purchase products and the sales associate informed me that she would take me to another register. She really could have done a better job explaining why I had to walk to the perfume counter. Also, instead of asking me to hand her the product that I put on the counter, she gave me a weird look as if I was supposed to know that she needed the product handed to her to go to another register. This place is not professional . I called this place five times trying to make an appointment each time the person picks up , hears me and hangs up. I’m not sure who exactly runs the phone lines or who’s at the front desk but it is unacceptable to pick up a phone and hang up on a customer .Totally disappointed !!!!

I am scheduled to be in a photo shoot this week, and I was required to pick up some items for the shoot. I have absolutely no insight on anything as it pertains to make up. Danae, The manager at this location was extremely welcoming and helpful. She was very insightful, which was exactly what I needed. Best customer service experience I have had all. Thank you Danae.
