My review is late; however, I had a poor experience coming in to buy my correct shade, as I’ve purchased from MAC several times in this shade. I’ve been told several times that I can use the same shade during the summer and winter months bc every time I’ve been matched, it’s remained the same. The woman working the counter 2/12/2025 would be an employee I would consider firing if I owned that establishment. She is very rude and dismissive of customers. I have an account and came in at 7:08 pm and was told that helping me find the correct shade for my powder that the LAST EMPLOYEE did INCORRECTLY- she told me that is too late in the day and they have protocol.
