Walked in the store to ask a question and buy something. Associate started to help me but as soon as another customer came in she ran off to help the other customer. Was I not good enough to be helped anymore or what?! Treated me as if I became invisible. Since there was another employee at the store, why couldn’t the other employee assist the customer that came in after me?! Are my questions and the help I needed too mediocre for you to do your job?!
Got bad experience of purchase online and return in store. Purchase same items at the different times, different discount rate. She dont even check on receipts which one that I want to return. Automatically pick the one with less discount. Keep telling her that make sure the total is match. Surely she make the mistake, and refuse to refund me the different or just give me back the item. Now I have to call customer service for the mistake that I didn't do. Or maybe my mistake is return stuff at this location. Never again
