I called an hour before arriving to make sure the right product was at the store. The assistant got my name and put the products to the side. I arrived 7 mins before closing and the assistant, Raina, had all of my products ready to go. She also had samples out for me and ready to try. She was extremely helpful and had me wrapped up a minute before closing.
I was in the store today to actually make a purchase and first I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledge which I usually don’t care, but then another customer walks in and is greeted nicely her and her daughter, and once both ladies leave now she acknowledges me but doesn’t pay attention to me because she sees my kids touching the make up I get it, I do but there’s no need to tell my kids rudely to stop touching it!
