Came in to get a new foundation as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Elissa. She was the best ! Knew my shade in one shot I was shocked ! She was so nice and welcoming. I also ended up getting a blush as well and Elissa was so knowledgeable I will def be coming back to see her. Thank you Elissa !! :)

I went to the store on a Monday, and even though they may have been a bit short staffed ; the two girls working there were extremely helpful, polite, informative, and just overall lovely to deal with. Thank you! Customer service was 10/10!

Christian V made my experience seamless!! I came in for one thing and I gladly left with a whole routine full of products I ADORE! I struggle with chronically dry skin, and his product recommendations have allowed me to create a seamless base every single time I do my makeup. 10/10 I love him!!!!!

I had an incredible experience at MAC Cosmetics, Willowbrook Mall, with the talented makeup artist Arianna. She not only made me look and feel amazing for my niece’s wedding but also ensured that I was out the door on time for the ceremony. Arianna's attention to detail, skill, and professionalism truly stood out. I received so many compliments on my makeup, and I can't thank her enough for making the day even more special. Highly recommend Arianna and the MAC team for any makeup needs!
