The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They were patient and kind and spent so much time helping us get what we needed.
It has never been a good experience at this MAC counter. The ladies that work here are never friendly, I was sad to see the MAC store leave the mall for this reason. This last time I went there I said a friendly hello with a smile to the only artist there. She straight up ignored me. Right away I say a louder “hello I need some concealer”. Straight to the point so she couldn’t ignore me. If it weren’t for the brand, I would never come here.
