4th time coming here since it’s the closest one to me and every time, there’s no one there! Have walked around the mall hoping someone would come back and still.. nothing. I’m not sure why you would run an establishment that has no employees on a consistent basis!

The customer service at this Mac location is completely awful. I went here twice to schedule a trial/appointment for my WEDDING DAY (which is a month away) and was told that they could not guarantee adequate staff for (3) clients. They also couldn't guarantee that the mua's would be able to dedicate their time to us, or complete the make-up in a timely manner; there was a high possibility that we could be there upwards of (2) + hours. The MAC counter located in Macy's at the Town Center at Aurora is the WORST. The manager "AK" is rude, not customer-oriented, and does not set a good example for the other employees whatsoever. The turnover rate is high and it is not difficult to see why. Most of the talented artists that used to work there have moved on to bigger and better things, as they should!
