This is the worst MAC store I have been to. The staff were rude and not helpful. I would rather drive an hour to the MAC in South Coast Plaza than come here again. They gave different information to different people which felt very unfair. When I asked for a color match they just handed me the product and told me to do it myself. My friend was asked to pick a lipstick color for the Black Friday gift but they did not ask me. The whole experience made me feel unwelcomed. Very disappointing!
The three ladies that were working on Black Friday at the end of the day were so helpful. Especially the young lady that helped me color match . The color was perfect for me and she was great at multi tasking . I saw her help 3 people at the same time and each interaction remained authentic and personal . Appreciate her tons . She had long blonde hair . Thank you !
Zero stars actually. Worst customer service ever! Guy at the counter said I couldn’t do an exchange/return in store for an online order. Never going back to MAC in Brea.
Called this location today 10.4.24 just to see if they had Cherish Lipstick because its discontinued and the Store Manager Ashley kept me on hold for 15 mins, then hung up and me, then I called back because Im desperately looking for this Lipstick and was very rude, and very matter of fact about her terrible customer service. I don't even shop at the Mac stores anymore because of employees like her. But at the Nordstrom they told me about it being discontinued so I frantically looking for it. Ashley is the worst.
