Came in to buy a foundation. I was greeted by 2 employees hanging out at the register one was sitting. They just said hi and thats all. I matched myself to a foundation none of them asked what i was looking for or if i need help. The entire time i was in the store they talked to each other about ulta and stranger things completely ignoring my presence. I ended up finding a match but i will order it online. i would like to share my amazing experience i always have at this location. holly, kristen, and nancy are one of the best employees i've ever encountered especially holly she was so sweet and kind really went above and beyond to help me find my perfect shade in the studio fix foundation after i was having trouble finding the perfect shade she was the one to find my exact shade i cannot thank you enough holly i’m absolutely obsessed. anytime i come kristen and nancy will always be ready to help me with anything thank you guys... read more
Uncomfortable feel. Brought in my empty cosmetic bottle for a duplicate buy. MUA said it was discontinued did not offer similar product was eager to service next customer.
Very bad customer service the employee named Holly was so rude to everyone she was helping and myself included. It was rough to watch, rolling eyes after answering a customers questions, she sounded so annoyed everytime a customer that wasn’t white would ask a question. Treating them like they shouldn’t be bothering her. Just rude and obnoxious. My favourite store to go to when im out. Big selection of makeup products, store is very clean. Employees are very helpful, fast and attentive. Nancy has helped me multiple times with finding products, and is a very good employee in general. A very good location as well.
