I'm so grateful that this store is here... it's one less stop I have to make in the days before leaving town. I visit almost every time I fly through Sea-Tac. The staff are helpful and friendly.
I stop by this store frequently and purchase most of my makeup at this store. They've totally lost my trust. Today the service representative convinced me to spend $10 dollars to get the holiday 5 piece bag. When I opened the bag later it was just the bag. She had offered to put the items I purchased in the bag. Somehow the other pieces didn't make it in the bag. Tis the season, and I sure was looking forward to the seasonal lipstick that Mac had just come out with they were glittery. One was blue and I think one was red or something. Anyways, I received great customer service felt very welcomed, but was informed they did not have it and often don’t have seasonal items in or low stock.
