Couldn’t return an item cuz today it’s the 30 day mark to return. Mac you’re such a disappointment that’s the reason I stopped buying from you. The lady goes aww you can gift it to someone…. What has constantly gotten under my skin is the in store purchases saying that they’re not the same as the online sales. Like customers don’t know this. Mac needs to do better. It’s so many layers to it all. And when the mistake or inconvenience is on them, its nothing they can offer. I swear the person I interacted with on Friday evening takes so much. I was fed up.
