I’m updating my review from 1 stars to 5 because I decided to give this MAC location another chance after my local Ulta was out of the blush I wanted. I was fully prepared to walk right out if I ran into the employee who gave me terrible customer service previously, but I’m so glad I stayed! I got lucky and was helped by Luz, the store manager. Huge shoutout to Erica at MAC Cosmetics on Town Center Drive in Oxnard! I drove in from the Bay Area for a wedding and stopped by with no appointment, hoping for a quick makeup application.
