A friend and I tag teamed calling and finding someone to do prom makeup for my daughter. We both called MAC not knowing we both called. We were both told the same thing from employee #1 that not a single appt was scheduled for the day we needed so they were available for any time. I made the mistake of opening one of the understock drawers to look for a shade of lipstick and the employees ran over and berated me like a child as if I were trying to steal or something. Maybe if you’d keep the displays stocked and be more attentive to customers they wouldn’t have to go looking in the drawers.

My sister and I went here and Jamie assisted us. She was AWESOME, thoroughly answering our questions, explaining the products and techniques, and addressing our specific concerns. Amazing experience and we both love our items and are having great success with them at home thanks to her patience and instructions!

The women that work there need to realize they are far from MAC in NYC, lol. They both were ignoring me; one pretending to be busy at the register and the other doing makeup on a child (btw, you shouldn't try to make a kid look like a street walker). When the one was done messing around with the register, she reluctantly got the products that I had already picked out, not even attempting to show me anything else or new. Ugh, not up to MAC standards. Gotten better service at MACs in airports.
