This location has been pretty bad for a while. It’s closed more often than not, and the staff isn’t very friendly.
After stopping here for online/store pickup on the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving I completely understand why Mac is closing stores and losing customers. The only salesperson that showed professionalism was a young lady with blonde short hair. (Sorry didn’t get her name). The two stars are for her though. The other two salespeople need a refresher in customer service and an attitude adjustment.
