This 1 star review is not for the employees - they are amazing! The 1 star is for the sneaky tactic of putting some kind of donation to charity on the pin pad. The touch of your card on the pin pad somehow ends up adding extra dollars to your bill that will show up as Goodstack Impact Fund. Ladies, please be aware of this! My bill has an extra $5 that I did not consent to.
Natasha was amazing. I highly recommend her. I’ve been to many max and I’ve never been treated as professionally and as cared about as by Natasha thank you Natasha. I was shocked that they didn’t ask for text because she absolutely needs more than a tip. This lady could work for the rich and famous Hollywood.
