I recently booked a consultation with Niki and it exceeded my expectations. Today I chose the colour of lipstick and gave to the lady to get the fresh piece of lipstick . When I came home and open the packaging of that lipstick, the colour is different than what I chose. I am very disappointed….
Thanks to Niki for taking amazing care of me twice now. I got my makeup done for Halloween and it lasted all night and she helped me nail my character! Also helped me finally find the right brow colour and foundation shade. I really appreciated your service thank you Niki!!!!!
We received such a great consultation session with AYSA . She was very patient with us to choose the right products. She had such a great knowledge about MAC cosmetics and generous enough to share her techniques.
The staff at the MAC store in Park Royal are not very friendly, and when you try to exchange or return a product according to their policy, they tend to respond in a judgmental and unprofessional manner.
