The mac store in Park Royalis a nice store . Merchandise is duplicated throughout the store which is a bit confusing if you are looking for something specific and new to that store. I had to leave before I found what I went in to buy because there was only one staff member on the floor and a number of customers. I asked to be directed to a specific item . On September 13th, I went to the MAC store in Park Royal. I brought my finished lipstick and asked for exactly the same number. The consultant checked the number, assured me they had the same one, and gave me a new lipstick. Meanwhile, she scratched off the number on my old lipstick with her nail. At home, I found that while the shade was the same, the texture and finish were different. It was a different lipstick. .
