Had a defective eye brow pencil that kept breaking when being used. I stock pile them and had bought it 5 months ago but just opened it. The store manager refused to exchange it or provide any type of compensation or even say sorry!! She said it was my fault because I bought it awhile ago and stored it in my bathroom. You should stand behind your products no questions asked!! I will not buy any of their products again.
Niki was such a pleasure and beyond helpful! When I tried on one lipstick and didn’t like the texture, she was able to pivot and recommend a similar shade in the matte line instead and I LOVED it. She was knowledgeable without being pushy about recommending additional products. The rest of my birthday plans for the day were canceled to take care of my sick baby, so Niki was definitely the highlight and I’ll choose your location over others in the future.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service my mom and her friend received at the MAC store at Park Royal, particularly from a sales associate named Nikiya. My mom went in to exchange a product for a different color, but instead of providing helpful service, Nikiya was rude and unprofessional. My mom and her friend struggled to communicate in English, so they had to call me for assistance. Park Royal Location - Nice until you don't like the product! I purchased the black paint pot to use as eyeliner and had fallout in my under eye area half way through the day so I came in to exchange it for a lighter color to use as shadow/shadow base. I purchased art therapeachy and liked the color in store but as soon as I got in the car it looked way to pink on me so I immediately went back to exchange it for a more neutral color.
