I visited the store to pick out a new lip color for spring, but the staff looked annoyed and displeased. When I asked if something was wrong, she said no. I've been there a few times, but this was the first time I experienced such unfriendliness

Went in for a lip pencil. I had misplaced my favourite one, and it was down to a nubbin. Went in and was helped to find a replacement and the person helped me pick “whirl”. Found the nubbin- it was “whirl”! Amazing! Pro level help! It’s a great daily liner - goes on smooth and doesn’t bleed on the edges. Great product.

Thanks to Niki for teaching me about lip scrubs! The inner part of my lips used to fade so quickly, and she told me that using a lip scrub would help. It really made a difference.

I recently booked a consultation with Niki and it exceeded my expectations. Niki gave me recommendations and how to apply them as my makeup needed to move from ad hoc drugstore to a thoughtful plan given my age.
