Great place
The staff insisted on me buying something and told me if you buy and do not like it, you could return them. When I went back to return they said they only can exchange or give me a gift card. That was a ripoff. Liars. They used the word “return” just to make me buy from them.
Was a little hesitant at first, but went to the store on Sunday afternoon to get colour matched for foundation. The staff were super helpful and helped me until I was satisfied as a customer!! The ladies were truly honest about how the foundation looked on me, appreciate the honesty and time!!
Horrible customer service not doing great job
My girlfriend was in this store guildford location and the person helping her that worked there had he/they on name tag where there should have been a name put so she could address this employee by name appropriately but there wasn’t. There pronouns should not have been on the NAME tag or the only thing on the name tag. My girlfriend didn’t deserve as a valued customer to leave the store feeling the way she did and feeling like she did something wrong.
