I had an amazing experience at MAC thanks to Elena.She helped me with my cosmetics and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to what I needed. I never felt rushed—she really took the time to understand my preferences and let me choose exactly what I was looking for. What truly stood out was that she even stayed a bit longer after working hours to make sure I was completely satisfied. I’m extremely happy with her service and truly appreciate her dedication. Highly recommend asking for Elena!
Terrible customer service. It’s sucked since they renovated. Knew what I wanted, came in, and was ignored. They only tend to their own people. You don’t get acknowledged when you walk in because you’re not one of them. I would rather go all the way to Metrotown or Robson to purchase my makeup than come here again. As a hair stylist and cosmetologist, I’ve been a client for nearly 30 years and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a MAC.
