I was there yesterday Feb 27th 2026. I was looking for help for an eye brush and Ms Cassidy helped me with an amazing product. I used it this morning and I must admit I NEVER get such an extra soft eye brush . She's super knowledgeable but also get her heart into her job to understand what is the best for a person like me who can't use anything uderher eye. Horrible customer service. It’s so bad that I felt like I was begging for their products for free. To the management of the Guildford location: please try to hire employees who either enjoy or at least accept working in the service industry. If they’re not naturally friendly, they should at least pretend to like their job. The lady who helped me today treated me very poorly. On Wednesday 21st evening time I was there. Two young girls were at that time working there. Not friendly. Not helping. Brushing off. Manager should talk to them. Interesting. I called and talked to manger or supervisor. She said that evening assistant manger was there that evening and she started to protect her. She said we use tech to support or help. 😮 . I am not going there. She said she is with company from Last 35 years but she not 55 years old. I mean do u guys think people are stupid? I m going to call head office.
