The team at this MAC location is incredible! Every employee I interacted with was genuinely welcoming, super nice, and brought the best enthusiasm to the floor. Their customer service matches the premium quality of the products. Would love to visit again just for the great energy.
Ask for Ruzna!!!! She’s a manager and wow is she on point with skin tone and undertone!! I’m super fair and blond and she helped me out with some summer lipsticks and I am so happy with the three I got! I had to do exchange from a previous purchase and there was no problem at all. If you want incredible on point assistance.. Ruzna is it!!!
I’ve always shopped at MAC and the service is great but this time was exceptional because of Olivia! She was so helpful and attentive and made me feel beautiful even before I had any makeup on. I will definitely be back and look forward to more makeup tips and advice from her!!
I’ve always been a loyal MAC customer, I’ve received birthday gifts over the years because of how much I spend with the brand. Unfortunately, my recent experience completely changed that. I wanted to introduce a friend to this location, but it turned into a very disappointing situation. She used my account so she could save her 15% first-time discount for a future purchase where it would actually apply, since the gloss she wanted was a new product and excluded. I like MAC's products but I don't like shopping at the stores. Their customer service is so bad and stressful. They let u wonder alone not knowing what to get in all of those new products. They give u the attitude that u r not going to buy anything and u only going to waist their time. Meanwhile, they follow u around and steer at u making u feel that u r a thief. No greeting, grumpy faces, bad attitudes.. I love sephora customer service instead. The 3 stars for the good products that u have.
