Well I don’t know from where to start! I have been trying to place an order as a gift for my loved ones which I do every year during boxing week promo . I tried placing order for this store pick up and the money deducted 2 time from my account and no details about my order. Finally the sales was over after waiting and I got nothing , I reached out to live chat and they agreed to give me 30% off on my order after I place a full price order. I’m not sure what happened to the recent Mac team that was at the pen, but who ever hired these girls might want to take a second look. I got my makeup done 2 weekends ago. The girl that did my makeup was Kathy I expressed to her I wanted a Smokey eye, and she literally blacked out my eye. She wiped some off, the eye shadow was as high as my eye brows.
