I had such a great experience with Alyssa at MAC. I came in for a natural glam look for a wedding and told her I don’t usually wear a lot of makeup. She really listened. Every step of the way, she explained her vision, checked in with me, and made sure I felt good about how things were going. She was patient, thoughtful, and so talented. Omg! Trinity is awesome! What a great help she was to me in color matching for the perfect foundation. Knowledgeable, creative friendly makeup professional! I’m impressed. She sent me home with a sample that looks perfect on me.

they must work on commission or something because i went in for one thing, it should have taken me five minutes but nobody would check me out for probably 15-20 minutes because they would only check out the customers they helped in the store. i waited at the counter and everybody told me “im just gonna help the person behind you” and even when i finally did get to check out i almost got denied for the person behind me, but then she saw i only had one item and decided to help me. i dont know if this is some sort of loss preve... read more
