I was just passing by and decided to pick up a lipstick, and I was honestly blown away by the service. A really kind and professional Chinese girl with short hair helped me, and she made me feel so welcomed—like I was buying a luxury item, not just a single lipstick! Her attention to detail and warmth made the whole experience so special. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I visited the store today. Natalia was so helpful and friendly. It was a great experience and really good customer service.Also she gave me very good knowledge of the eye brushes.
