I can’t speak highly enough of the artists at this location! They are absolutely fantastic (special shoutouts to Kiara and Marie) - they’re knowledgeable, incredibly skilled and always take the time to interact with customers in an exemplary way that makes them feel comfortable and welcome.
popped into Sephora today to pick up a MAC classic (Ruby Woo) then realized there’s a full MAC store right inside Rideau Centre. Of course I had to check it out. I’m so glad I did! The team there was incredibly welcoming and ready with shade suggestions. I ended up leaving with more than I planned: the Candy Yum Yum lip pencil and a matching gloss. Before I purchased a lipstick and liner I asked if I could return it if it didn’t work out, associate said yes multiple times. When I came to return the unopened brand new lip liner a different associate asks why I want to return it and says “you can just keep it our products have a long shelf life” when i reiterated that I ended up with the same shade at home I do not want it, she responded it “well it’ll go to get destroyed anyways”.
