Before I purchased a lipstick and liner I asked if I could return it if it didn’t work out, associate said yes multiple times. When I came to return the unopened brand new lip liner a different associate asks why I want to return it and says “you can just keep it our products have a long shelf life” when i reiterated that I ended up with the same shade at home I do not want it, she responded it “well it’ll go to get destroyed anyways”. Beth did a phenomenal job of my wedding makeup! I'm such a perfectionist, and she was super cool about making adjustments during my trial. Beth was easy to make conversation with and helped make my vision come to life. I absolutely loved the experience and result, thanks Beth!
Chancal is the sweetest human ever! Me and my friend Dani went to the store today because we wanted a new lip combo. Chancal DELIVERED!!! She gave us like 10 different lip sticks and lip liners to try on and even helped my friend put the lip liner on because she didn’t know how. She was so sweet we had the best time with her she was so patient and gave all of her attention to us. QUEEN Chancal keep being you girl!!!
Went in to MAC today to replace a recent wrong purchase. Val approached to help and as I sat down, she found me the right colour match. She was patient and provided such a great solution which I wouldn't have found on my own. Testing it on my face provided the best outcome. In the end, I made two purchases and will be back for a blush. I completely trust Val's selections for me. Kudos to excellent service!!
