Went to Mac for the first time for myself and to learn how to build a lip combo, received absolutely amazing service from Beth. She showed me a variety of liners, lipsticks, glosses, and tints. I’m completely new to lip makeup and she was super welcoming and insightful. Kind acts deserve kind feedback, I hope everyone was trained the same way that Beth was!
I had such a wonderful experience at MAC Rideau. The service was absolutely impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to recognize Samantha (I believe that was her name) for making the experience so pleasant. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. It’s always refreshing to receive such genuine and attentive service. Thank you to the team at MAC Rideau for making my visit such a fun one :) I’ll definitely be back.
