The girl with a short bob with yellow neon hair worker is super disrespectful. I was trying to open a makeup wipe (it was literally in my hands), she came next to me and literally snatched it from me to help out another customer. I mean she could’ve waited until I was done. I had an item that I was about to purchase but with that attitude and this action I had no more interest to spend my money there. Be more respectful towards everyone and not the one you “think” can afford to be there.

I can’t speak highly enough of the artists at this location! They are absolutely fantastic (special shoutouts to Kiara and Marie) - they’re knowledgeable, incredibly skilled and always take the time to interact with customers in an exemplary way that makes them feel comfortable and welcome.
popped into Sephora today to pick up a MAC classic (Ruby Woo) then realized there’s a full MAC store right inside Rideau Centre. Of course I had to check it out. I’m so glad I did! The team there was incredibly welcoming and ready with shade suggestions. I ended up leaving with more than I planned: the Candy Yum Yum lip pencil and a matching gloss.
