I was with my son and I was going to ask a question, I was greeted by staff with a look of like a deer in head lights look, no smile and asked me oh did you have a question. It was so uncomfortable, was not inviting at all. I have a bridal makeup session the 31st and I literally may change to a different location just because of that interaction. I want to share my experience with this location because it has always been nothing but positive. The ladies who work here are consistently sweet, welcoming, & genuinely helpful. I have never once felt uncomfortable or out of place it’s quite the opposite. I’m always greeted warmly & treated with kindness. They are always there to help, answer all my questions, & make the experience feel easy & inviting.
