Great Mac store with easy parking and super helpful staff
Poor customer service!
Please order online instead! My two younger sisters and I visited the store, thrilled to purchase our new Mac lip liners. As soon as we entered, one sales representative instructed another to stand towards the exit, as if we were planning to steal something. It was evident that they were judging people based on their appearance. The customer service was abysmal. I had the worst experience today at this location!! I went in with my daughter asking to get her eye makeup done. I was told that Phillip may be available to help after he returned from his break. We waited 30 mins for Phillip to return, only for him to be rude and very condescending towards us . He threw up his hands saying that he was way too busy to help , he had an appointment coming soon so, I asked what time was his client due to arrive and, he said soon.
