So I want to share my experience with an employee at this store, Sierra. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable, especially about new products and the right products that I should pick for my skin type/texture as well as others (I've gotten some foundation as a gift for my mother, and I was totally lost on which one I should pick, but Sierra was able to pinpoint the best products after I shared my mother's skin type, desire of coverage, etc). Really fantastic service! Visiting from the US and I really wish I could pack this staff up and take them home with me.
Date of Visit: December 1 Time: around 8:20 PM I had an extremely disappointing experience during my visit. When I entered the store, there was only one other customer, yet the employee did not greet or acknowledge me. After browsing on my own, I went to the counter to check out and asked if she could also help me find a full-coverage foundation.
