I just want to take a moment to shout out Toya at MAC Cosmetics inside Lakeside Shopping Center. She has truly made such a difference for me over the past year. I’ve been dealing with a skin discoloration condition that has really affected my confidence, and honestly, it’s been tough. Loved everything about this store
Rude and racist! Do not go here. Overheard them make racial comments because I asked for makeup services done.
I usually buy Mac online but just had such a horrible and unpleasant in store experience. Rude staff, will not be buying from them again if this is how they treat their loyal customers. The African American lady was rude, rushing us and the amount of money I’ve spent on Mac I expect better service. Instead of restocking items I have decided to switch to a brand that treats its customers better. If you like being racially profiled- shop at this store.
Lakyia was so sweet! Black Friday is always hectic but she ensured that we were well taken care of and offered us waters! Will be back!
