My absolute favorite Mac Cosmetics store that I love to order from. I placed an order over the phone on Monday and when I received my merchandise it wasn’t quite right. I called on Wednesday and the manager Thuy Trinh (who always help me when I called to order) was there. I told her what happened and she went beyond and above to get my stuff right. I am in NOLA handling business, but wanted to look (and feel) like there was some "play" in this very humid and hectic work weekend. I booked a MAC appointment for Sunday; saved up my wish list of products and couldn't wait to co-create a makeuo look with my artist. Well...... MAC did not disappoint! I used to love shopping at Mac but unfortunately the recent visit was very uncomfortable, rushing customers, bad attitude from the store employees, over all purchased items that don’t match my shade just to leave the store quicker .

My absolute favorite Mac Cosmetics to go to! It’s never too crowded and you can always get the help you need! Thanks to Gabriel for the great service! Asked what I needed and got everything ready to go in no time honey! Gabriel even looked up my correct number for my powder foundation 😆 cause Chile I was about to be 12 shades lighter if I went with my memory 🤣🤣 but I highly recommend this Mac Cosmetics ❤️
