Une autre personne a mentionné avoir reçu un mauvais service à la clientèle le vendredi. Même chose ici. Peut-être parler à l’employée du vendredi soir. Je suis allée retourner un pinceau qui m’irritait les yeux. La dame m’a rétorqué qu’elle n’avait jamais entendu ça en 14 ans. As if. the experience i had here with mercedes has to be hands doooown the best customer experience i ever had. not only did she get my shade match right off the bat , which is normally a struggle for darker complexations in my experience. she has the best and most positive personality , made me laugh and made the trip one of many in the future.
