Terrible customer service. My girlfriend came in today to find some lipstick for her friend for her birthday. When she asks an associate for a recommendation for red lipstick they gave her a recommendation then left. My girlfriend didn't want to risk getting the same lipstick for her friends so she opted for a shade that was a different color. Been there to ask for an appt. They asked me to come one hour after that, which I gladly agreed. Came back one hour later, to my appt time (5 mins earlier in fact) and worth note I went with my 8 yo child. When I entered there were 3 Muslim women waiting, which I don’t mind where they were from but worth note. They were walk ins. Let know the girl I got my appt for and she told me just 5 mins. I've been coming here for years. I had a makeup catastrophe on a recent trip so I came in to replace blush, bronzer and some lip liners & gloss. I was helped by Frankee who was very nice & gave me the typical "I'm so soreeeee, that sucks!!" So I asked for PeachTwist and Sunbasque blushes. She told me they had been discontinued so I chose a couple that felt as close to the ones I want. She signed me up for the points system.
