Got my makeup done here and the lady who did my makeup kept on walking away to help other ppl, noticed I was the only Hispanic woman in there and the only one they was doing that to, not friendly at all. After you get the make up done they tell you that you have to buy $90 worth of product too, don’t know her name but She did mention she was an Aries 🤷‍♀️

Worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. The Mac Pro card refund timeline was never explained properly, and I ended up missing it by a few days because of their lack of communication. I was passed back and forth between customer service and the store with no one willing to actually help. When I spoke to the manager, Rachel, she was completely dismissive and showed no effort or understanding at all. Not a fan of the service I received. Went in the store on Saturday and asked if I could just have someone do my eyebrows and pay for the service. I was told I just had to purchase ONE thing and the service would be provided which I was fine with. AFTER the simple 5 mins it took the manager to do my eyebrows I was told it was not one item I had to buy but THREE.
