Been there to ask for an appt. They asked me to come one hour after that, which I gladly agreed. Came back one hour later, to my appt time (5 mins earlier in fact) and worth note I went with my 8 yo child. I've been coming here for years. I had a makeup catastrophe on a recent trip so I came in to replace blush, bronzer and some lip liners & gloss. I was helped by Frankee who was very nice & gave me the typical "I'm so soreeeee, that sucks!!" So I asked for PeachTwist and Sunbasque blushes. She told me they had been discontinued so I chose a couple that felt as close to the ones I want. She signed me up for the points system. Walked in for a return and luckily it was empty. I opted to get shade matched considering it was empty i thought I'd be out quick. Wrong. The same associate left me 3 times....3! While the blue haired lady cleaned and kept asking her questions. Then someone else came to help and she left me as well. I literally waited around the whole 30 minutes I was there. Visited the Cerritos Mac store with my mom brought her to get matched for the new Studio Fix and I wanted to try out the new Studio Fix Tech, Jessica helped us out she took her time and got us the right shade! She Rocks!
