Desi is an amazing MAC PRO! I swing by the store semi regularly to pick up a few things whenever there is a new launch and she always helps me out!! Today I hit Gold status on my MAC account and that’s pretty much thanks to her! Just visited for shade match day with my mom and was helped out by Alice. It was busy when we came in but Alice was sure to ask if we needed help after seeing us all aloof. Alice was very kind and made good conversation, they were the kind of person you would always hope would help you out at a store. Outstanding

i walked in i believe it was minutes before closing which i know is rude on my end but i was desperate haha anywho two women assisted me so attentively when i asked if they could find me a similar lip combo to pamela andersons back in the 90s unfortunately i forgot to ask for their names but shoutout to them for being great and so kind like they rlly knew their stuff it was impressive

I walked in here 7/11 around 5pm, I wasn’t greeted at all. I just needed one lipstick. Seeing no one was available I went to the checkout counter. An employee comes out from the back, doesn’t acknowledge me at all. A second one comes out, asks “do you need something” I said I only needed a lipstick. She said she would grab it for me and then proceeded to tell a customer next to me that she would help her “over here” (where I was standing) instead of asking me to step aside while she finished with one customer.
