i walked in i believe it was minutes before closing which i know is rude on my end but i was desperate haha anywho two women assisted me so attentively when i asked if they could find me a similar lip combo to pamela andersons back in the 90s unfortunately i forgot to ask for their names but shoutout to them for being great and so kind like they rlly knew their stuff it was impressive
I walked in here 7/11 around 5pm, I wasn’t greeted at all. I just needed one lipstick. Seeing no one was available I went to the checkout counter. An employee comes out from the back, doesn’t acknowledge me at all. A second one comes out, asks “do you need something” I said I only needed a lipstick. She said she would grab it for me and then proceeded to tell a customer next to me that she would help her “over here” (where I was standing) instead of asking me to step aside while she finished with one customer. Wow! What amazing customer service at the 540 N Michigan Ave store from Blanca. Not only did she take the time to help me find the best products for me, she did it with the best attitude, interest in my thoughts and overall listened. Working with the public has to be excruciating!! She exemplifies the traits we all should strive for.
