Wow! What amazing customer service at the 540 N Michigan Ave store from Blanca. Not only did she take the time to help me find the best products for me, she did it with the best attitude, interest in my thoughts and overall listened. Working with the public has to be excruciating!! She exemplifies the traits we all should strive for.
My makeup artist (Genesis) did a wonderful job on my Birthday makeup!!
Walked-in on a busy Saturday, and was greeted by Raven. While I had no appointment, she was willing to help with my make-up two hours before an event. She is amazing, knowledgeable, and great to work with.....I will go back to this store because of her!
I encountered an extremely rude employee here when I tried to get shade-matched. The woman assisting me kept pulling faces and rolling her eyes at everything I said. Her attitude was so horrible. She was the one with the blonde-ish boho braids.
