Excellent building company! James goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are satisfied. Refreshing to find old builder values in such a young man. Having just completed our rental renovation we are engaging Mac Con for our house renovations. Highly recommended.
Won't fix defects, did unlicensed work, no HBCF taken out. Be careful about using Mac Con owned by James Macri. Seemed OK at the start etc but after only 2 years there are a number of large cracks in the pool and lifting of coping tiles that Mac Con won't come back to fix. There is also a very badly stained expansion joint in plain view that they won't fix either, as well as other items. No HBCF insurance was taken out.
