Won't fix defects, did unlicensed work, no HBCF taken out. Be careful about using Mac Con owned by James Macri. Seemed OK at the start etc but after only 2 years there are a number of large cracks in the pool and lifting of coping tiles that Mac Con won't come back to fix. There is also a very badly stained expansion joint in plain view that they won't fix either, as well as other items. No HBCF insurance was taken out.
