I had a small building constructed and within a year there was circular cracking around the post in the cement slab. I reported it and they stated I should wait a few months to see if it became worse. Now after a year and a half all of the post have substantial cracking around the post and they will not return communication. I will have to go to court to enforce the warranty. Stay away and find a contractor to build your barn. It will be better and less expensive. I went with Macco because I wanted to avoid these issues.
I met with Lee And he helped me through the design and planning process. He was very attentive, had good practical ideas, and always quickly responded when I called with a question or concern. Jim Dixon and his crew built our shop and they were fantastic to work with. I found them to be professional and friendly. I was very happy with the quality of their work, and they put up with me asking a lot of questions. My husband and I met with Lee. He listened to our needs and helped us with choosing everything. He handled all of the permits and scheduling! And right on time, as promised, Jim and his crew arrived! They are all great to work with. We cannot be happier! Thank you all so much.
