Jeffery was very thorough and had very excellent customer service. He went over everything and broke it down bit by bit and explained hvacc theory and why my unit was having issues. Waiting on coil to get in to install. Looking forward to his return to due the repairs.
Jonathan got right to the issue and had me going again in a matter of minutes. Very professional and great information on how to keep this from happening again. I’m continually reminded of why I went with MACCO
Emergency service called at 6am, AI scheduled same day 8-10am… 10am comes and no one, call back speak to “human” they say sorry ill get it to dispatch, your eta is showing 8-12pm, but dispatch will call you right back.. no biggie. 12pm comes and no show… call back again. Sorry, will let dispatch know and they will call you back, I said you got 15 min…. No call again. So I moved on to another service, they are on their way now.
